What Is The Social Media Detox?

The Social Media Detox is a carefully crafted program that combines light daily readings, engaging challenges, and reflective journal prompts, all aimed at helping you build a healthier relationship with technology. Over the course of 14 days, you'll take small, manageable steps to reduce your digital footprint, improve mental health, strengthen relationships, and regain a sense of balance.​

Why It Works

The Social Media Detox was developed after interviewing a diverse group of professionals - from therapists, doctors, academic advisors, and social media experts. Drawing from their insights, the program is both research-based and deeply personal. “After struggling with the overwhelming effects of social media myself, I wanted to create a solution that could help others find balance,” Tiege says. “I’m excited to share the strategies that worked for me with others."
